Here is another card that has been sitting on my desk unfinished! My Inspiration was Clinton Kelly on "The Chew" Every now and then he features Clinton's Craft corner and on this day he was stamping with vegetables. Can you guess what vegetable this is? It is the bottom of CELERY!
I intended to take a picture of the actual piece I used to stamp but it has since shriveled up. He also used potatoes and okra. I cut off the bottom of the celery and made sure it was level. Inked it up with Crisp Cantaloupe ink and stamped on Crisp Cantaloupe card stock. The resemblance to Roses is amazing. I then used the retired Manhattan Flower embossing folder to add some more rose petals.
And finally a sentiment from Label Love punched with the matching punch. A snip of Crisp Cantaloupe ruffled ribbon and a pearl add a bit more dimension.
