Misty Moonlight Jar

These IN Color card bases are the BOMB!!  So handy for a Quick card and a Beautiful envelope is always a plus!  Misty Moonlight is on of the IN Colors and will be available to order 6/3/20.

I colored the Bouquet with Colored Pencils.  Added Water to this Jar and used the So Sentimental Dies for the Pear Pizzazz Scalloped Rectangle.  Linen Thread wrapped around the jar.

I am so excited this Jar Punch has matching domes to make shaker cards!!  Coming in a Blogpost soon!!!

Jars and Bumble Bee

The next Bundle featured from the NEW Annual catalog is Jar of Flowers.  Mason Jars were a staple growing up and I still have several of the Green Glass Jars my Grandmother canned in.  I used IN Color card bases and Envelopes for this card with the new IN Color BumbleBee!  So easy and the envelopes are lined with a print pattern !

Love the Dotted line on this card front and the Stitched Sweetly Dies fit inside!  I stamped the Jar in Balmy Blue.  Flowers in Stazon and Colored with Blends.

Loving this BumbleBee Gingham ribbon!!  Add a sentiment and this card is ready to MAIL!! I sent this one to my Aunt in Illinois for her Birthday!  This bundle includes a PUNCH and there are also Jar domes so you can make SHAKER CARDS!!

I am so relieved this Stamp set is in the NEWcatalog!!  I have so many ideas in my head for this set.  And another opprtunity to show off Tropical Oasis designer paper which is so usable for Man and Flower cirds!!

Traditional Sunflowers

I went a little crazy with coloring on this card.  Mossy Meadow card base and So Saffron panel with random stamped small sunflowers in Soft Suede.  I then colored with Mango Melody Blends and Soft Suede and Mossy Meadow markers.

My coloring turned out a bit dark for the centers, so I need to work on that....but you get the idea.  The dies cut out the Sunflower and this accents the sentiment.  Sentiment was stamped directly to Tropical Oasis designer paper which is RETIRING!!

New Catalog Sneak peek.....

The NEW Catalog is coming and Celebrate Sun Flowers is hands down my FAVORITE!  We grew up planting Sunflowers by the old Barn every year.  Dad would hang the heads to dry and then use the seeds for Bird food in the winter.  This first card is not a tradional sunflower, I also see ASTERS in this stamp set and of course it is Highland Heather!

These flowers can be any color, the overlay is so delicate and there is NO need to glue it all down!  I stamped the Flower in Highland Heather and then cut the overlay from Highland Heather card stock.  These leaves are so beautiful.....cut in Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz.  The background is from Very Versailles stamped tone on tone.

This sentiment is from the stamp set.  I used Stitched So Sweetly Dies and it fits perfectly.  LOVE Both of these Bundles, make sure to add this set to your wish list!

We Remember.......

Today we remember our Loved Ones.  My Father was a veteran and sadly I will not be making my trip back to the gravesite this year.  But I know a flag will be placed in his honor.  

My Dad was a hard worker......John Deere for 35 years, Building the house we grew up in, Taking care of our yard and Grandma's yard and garden.  He was a GOOD MAN!!
