Hello.....It's Market Day!

 I plan to be at the Market today.....fingers crossed.  Snoopy spent Tues-Thurs at the vet getting fluids.  She is doing better and this will be my first time leaving her alone.  She has been in my lap constantly so we will see what the morning brings!

My Sweet Sleeping Snoopy......I'll be at the Market today!

 It has been a rough week, but hoping we have turned a corner.  I'm begging all my Cat owning friends to check the Phosphorous and Sodium content in your cat food.  Older Kitties need WET food!  Snoopy has been on wet food for years, but sadly too much Phosphorous and Sodium.  And she is back on her regular food now because she had a terrible reaction to the Science Diet K/D.  So trying to get back to near normal before we try the Purina NF.  This website has all your food brands and information to help see how much Phosphorous and Sodium is in your cat food.  Check it out and be aware of this disease before it sneaks up on your baby!  felinecrf.org

Taking a Break........

  I will be taking a Break from Blogging....not sure how long.  I have a very sick Kitty and she needs me now more than ever.  Snoopy was diagnosed with CKD, Chronic Kidney Disease last Thursday and things are not going well.  She needs to eat and drink, but changing to a KD diet has been a roller coaster.  Please check the phosphorous and sodium levels of your cat food!  I thought I was feeding very good food, but turns out not so much for an older kitty.  And this disease sneaks up on your pet.  Her blood work was fine in March of 2020!  

 


If any of you have been thru this and have any advise please reach out.  I am following the guidelines, but there is so much to read and I'm a bit overwhelmed.  She loves her outside time and we had a nice afternoon trimming bushes.  But this AM back to not eating.  Cooking some chicken and will see if that is more palatable than the KD canned food.

 This Evening Evergreen card base really accentuates the Tidings of Christmas Designer paper.  This paper is on sale until July 31st!  Get your Christmas cards started and this Pick 6 technique is perfect for mass producing cards!  



I again used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the NEW Holiday Sentiment stamp set coming in the Fall/Winter Mini catalog on Aug. 3rd.   I love this Design 3 with the Belly Band, you can show off 3 different paper patterns!  And you actually have 6 Belly Bands so you can use the 3 extra to create the same look with Design 4!!
