Ahhhhh.......FALL

 Today was gorgeous!  I worked outside, crafted, sat outside with Josie and crafted some more!  My BIG event is 11/6-7 at Gamber Community Center in Lee's Summit and I am NOT ready!  Fall cards have been selling FAST so I made 20 more today!  Is everyone's Birthday in October?  TWO more Saturday Markets 10/24 and 10/31.  Come shop local and SEND some cards!  I have also made 8 more Pumpkin Coasters.

I had NEW and Retired items on my craft table and went for it!  I LOVE this paper but needed to make some different looks!  The Acorns are Adorable and Fussy cutting them is so easy!

 I never know what is out there when I go shopping and finding Chapstick Brand S'mores Lip Balms was not expected!  It's Fall and S'mores are a Fall Bonfire staple.....so why not wrap them up and make them cute!

Spooky Season

 October is flying by and I've been working on GHOSTS this week.  I found these adorable socks in Adult sizes and kids.  I snagged these GHOST Dies online and I love having a Not so Sweet option of treats for my customers.  

These are Kids sizes and contain a Pair of socks with a 4 pack of Oreo cookies inside.

Lots of Bright colors for the kids.  Here is the size chart for the kids socks.  I have 13 pair in lots of patterns and plain colors!

New Pumpkins in the Patch

 Join me 10/3 at the Independence Uptown Market for all things FALL!  New Fabric pumpkins will be on display and I imagine the Farmers will have REAL pumpkins outside.  Come shop local 8-1pm. 

Pumpkins is NEW Colors!!

 My traditional Pumpkin Coasters sold well last week.....so I added 2 more colors!  The Bluegreen ornamental pumpkin is my FAVORITE!!  But the are SO expensive!  Now you can have a COASTER!!  I also colored 2 in a lighter orange.  This stamp is a perfect Coaster stamp as it actually makes the imperfections look intentional! 

 I can take orders for MORE pumpkins or grab 'em thru Oct, 31 every Saturday at Independence Uptown Market.  8-1pm.  I need to check the outside Vendors this week for ALL the Fall Decor!

More Fall Cards

 I finished the cards I blogged about the other day and used some additional embossing folders and Vellum!  I love how these turned out and 30 NEW cards will be on the RACK in the Morning at the Independence Uptown Market.

This first card is a Book Fold and uses a New Embossing folder called Softly Woven,  so much Texture!! 168466  $12.00.  I cut my Designer paper in rectangles so you can mix, match and FLIP!!  For maximum pattern mixing.  I love how the Golden Glow Embossed edge pulls the color across the card from the Floral pattern.  168351 Sunflower Fields  $13.00 12X12 Designer paper

These 2 cards use the Sunflower and Retired Leaf embossing folders.  Both cards had Crumb Cake ink drug over the embossing.  Your pressure on the INK pad controls the saturation of color!  A bit of Vellum for accents.  167099  Vellum  $10.00  12  12X12 sheets

This Sunflower paper was perfect for the Sunflower embossing folder.  No inking this time, just embossing to give texture and movement to these Flowers.  Circle Dies look like a Flower popping off the card front.  166145  Sunflower 3D embossing folder $12.00

This long Retired embossing folder was a perfect partner with this paper Pattern.  The embossing blurs the images and the paper above the embossing has a Monet look!  I added a Vellum Daisy for an accent.

These last 3 cards are not embossed but just as beautiful!  Daisy, Leaves and Acorns for embellishments.  The Thank You card below is the OOPS and see how that Circle covers the OOPS!  Grab some paper and embellishments and make some cards this weekend!

Americana Cards

 Vacation is over and Market is back Saturday 9/12. 8am-1pm. I did not get as much accomplished as I had planned.  Not having POWER for 3 days really put me behind and wore me and Jo OUT!  But all is well now and I have lots of new items in the works!  Come see me Saturday for a glimpse of FALL and Americana cards and Nivea.

I love how this Retired embossing folder looks like a fluttering Flag!  Not Quite Navy card stock came out of the Retired Bin for a spin!

Americana Nivea Hand Cream

 This Stamp set is from 1999!  A lady is selling off her Mother's collection at a Storage facility until the end of September.  I spoke with her a few months ago about ways to sell Retired items and she is ALL in to rehome these items.  She has LOTS!  Mostly wood mount and this set was not even mounted on the BLOCKS!  I LOVE RED Rubber stamps and I only bought this set.  I showed some serious restraint!  

I love these images and knew they would fit well on Gift items.  And so easy to COLOR!!  As we celebrate Labor Day let's Share some LOVE with Family, Friends and All Others you come in contact with!  We are a bit broken right now, but we are America!  I will also be making some Americana cards.

The case is yellowed with age, but the stamps LIVE on........I did a poor job of trimming as I FORGOT this was a thing!  And started over...and may have used the wrong block for the 3 stars!  If your stamp is crooked it a very likely you will stamp crooked!!  If you are interested in seeing this Storage Unit the seller is Michelle Cunningham.  Search her on Facebook and you will see her post.  You must message her and set up an appointment to shop.  The Storage unit is in the Lakewood area.  If you need any more info message me or leave a comment.

Nivea Refresh for Fall

 I will have NEW FALL designs for Independence Uptown Market 9/12.  It may not feel like Fall yet....but hopefully soon!  I used some Fall papers and did some coloring on the Greetings.

And always room for some Purple!  My garden beds are full of Russian Sage, Purple Statice and even a Day Lily bloomed this week.  I should of taken a picture!  I have been watering faithfully to keep things alive!

Baby Card restock......

 Lots of Babies being born this Summer and I needed some NEW Baby cards.  I made 17 and here are a few that will be on the racks at the Independence Uptown Market 8/29.  Come SHOP local Saturday 8-1pm.   I also have NEW Coasters!!

I used lots of Bright colors and love embossing the Background so the look like little Quilts!

This set was on the Last chance list and I snagged one before it was gone!  Love this Rattle Die and the Hanger.

This sentiment is one of my Favorites and this Retired Stamp set will always be on my Shelf!

We have Girls and Boys and Neutral for when the Gender has not been revealed!

A nearby vendor makes Stuffed Elephants and I always try to have some Elephants in the Baby Cards!

Moonlit Floral Finished cards......

 I have made 40 new cards this week!  Stampin' Up paper inspires me and I can't wait to show you the August Product of the Month paper next week.  You can purchase the Product of the month item for $5 with a $75 minimum order.  Anyway...time for the reveal of the finished cards using Moonlit Floral.....

First up I wanted to find my Butterfly Dies....a small one...I was not successful.  But when paper is this gorgeous you do not want to detract your eye....so a Sentiment from a long ago Butterfly stamp set and a leaf die behind.

On this card I did not want to cover up the Golden Glow flowers....I added Golden Glow ribbon and Old Olive leaves.  I think this Leaf Die is from a Past Paper Pumpkin Add on.  Over the years many sets have leaf dies and we have had a few Leaf punches.....I love this sentiment so used it again!

This card is ALL out the paper!  Sentiment and Ribbon accent.

When paper is the focal point finding a FANCY Die can really step it up a notch!  And a few leaves to ground never hurts!

Same for this card....I had to add some more of these little Daisies.  I mean they are in this paper!  More leaves under the Sentiment.

This card on the Soft Seafoam card base gave me the opportunity to use Petunia Pop for this Blend colored focal point.  And below I used ALL the Daisy Die cuts to decorate this card.  I hope you try making multiples and let your creativity flow.....Moonlit Floral and many more papers are on sale until August 31st!
