More Fall Cards

I finished the cards I blogged about the other day and used some additional embossing folders and Vellum!  I love how these turned out and 30 NEW cards will be on the RACK in the Morning at the Independence Uptown Market.

This first card is a Book Fold and uses a New Embossing folder called Softly Woven,  so much Texture!! 168466  $12.00.  I cut my Designer paper in rectangles so you can mix, match and FLIP!!  For maximum pattern mixing.  I love how the Golden Glow Embossed edge pulls the color across the card from the Floral pattern.  168351 Sunflower Fields  $13.00 12X12 Designer paper

These 2 cards use the Sunflower and Retired Leaf embossing folders.  Both cards had Crumb Cake ink drug over the embossing.  Your pressure on the INK pad controls the saturation of color!  A bit of Vellum for accents.  167099  Vellum  $10.00  12  12X12 sheets

This Sunflower paper was perfect for the Sunflower embossing folder.  No inking this time, just embossing to give texture and movement to these Flowers.  Circle Dies look like a Flower popping off the card front.  166145  Sunflower 3D embossing folder $12.00

This long Retired embossing folder was a perfect partner with this paper Pattern.  The embossing blurs the images and the paper above the embossing has a Monet look!  I added a Vellum Daisy for an accent.

These last 3 cards are not embossed but just as beautiful!  Daisy, Leaves and Acorns for embellishments.  The Thank You card below is the OOPS and see how that Circle covers the OOPS!  Grab some paper and embellishments and make some cards this weekend!

Visit me at the Independence Uptown Market to SHOP these NEW cards and grab some FRESH produce!  8-1pm.

Cards and Envelopes

I worked on some Christmas cards today!!  WOO HOO!! I showed you a Blue Shepherd card a few days ago and today I used the Cherry Cobbler card bases and grabbed the Gold Embossing powder.  My embossing powder is OLD and probably should be replaced.  But I worked thru the struggle and managed NOT to burn the paper!  The Birds from Winterly Tree Tops Bundle are perfect for embossing!

God embossing to accent the Gold edge on the card base.  It is so easy to color an embossed image!  The embossing acts like a guard rail to keep you inside the lines.  I used various Dies to layer the Birds on Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  I also embossed this Greeting on Cherry Cobbler.  The matching envelopes are stunning and will stand out in the mail!

Same Birds in a Square with a Circle punched Sentiment.  Colored with Blends!  I need to replace my Crumb Cake Blend.....the Seasonal SALE starts today on Annual Catalog Inks, Blends, Paper and Stamps!!

And I embossed the sentiment for this last Night of Navy Shepherd card.  If you want 9 quick and beautiful cards....get these before they are gone!

Nests of Winter at Mistletoe Madness Day 1

This paper is a work of ART!  I tried not to cover up any of these Beautiful Birds.  Sentiments were used as an accent in some of the open spaces.  These cards, Gift card boxes and more will be on the racks at Mistletoe Madness 11/1 and 11/2 Gamber Community Center in Lee's Summit!

.

Garden Green card base and a Sparkly Sprig of ribbon.  SO many colors to pull from this paper.

Another Garden Green card base with a Real Red backed sentiment.  No matter how I cut this paper a Bird was always in focus!

Crumb Cake card base with a coordinating pattern with Shaded Spruce and Real Red accents.

Another Crumb Cake card base with Real Red and a natural ribbon with Gold.  LOOK at these Birds, I'm not sure I am talented enough to stamp and color them when this paper is so stunning.....
