In Colors Birthday

This is my Favorite Swap for Convention.  I have a hard time staying simple and using minimal items, but with swaps its a must to conserve product.  So this card has taken a while to percolate in my brain!  It started with the Elephant on the Gorgeous Grunge muted lines on Pistachio Pudding card stock.  Smokey Slate for the lines and Basic Gray for the Elephant.  I love how the elephant looks real with the pistachio peaking thru the gray ink.

 

 

 

 

So then I added the Balloon in Pistachio Pudding ink, at Stamp A Stack we can emboss this to make it pop off the card.  But for swaps Minimal, so then my quandary was what color for the sentiment?  I needed more color!  So I looked thru the new designer paper and Venetian Romance had Crisp Cantaloupe and the snip of Coastal Cabana ribbon ties it all together.  Crisp Cantaloupe punched with the Label Love punch.  Oh and I almost forgot the Chevron embossing folder from the bottom up and a Rhinestone for some sparkle.  I love this little guy!
