I have not inked up this stamp set Up Up and Away for quite some time, but this paper is perfect for using the birds and clouds in the background. I then ran it thru the Cloudy Day embossing folder. The Balloons were stamped in Pool Party and Crumb Cake. The Perfectly Penned sentiment was stamped in Early Expresso ink on Naturals White card base. I used Linen thread as streamers on each Balloon. Thanks Diney for the suggestion!!
