Patterned Pants

Lots of Spring Occasion Mini items are in this card.  I started with a Whisper White base.  The mat is a 4 X 51/4 piece of Parker's Patterns Designer paper.  A very colorful, retro, fun paper!! I ran it thru the Chevron embossing folder, but it is difficult to see in this picture since the paper is a tighter chevron patter.  The Smarty pants were stamped in Not Quite Navy ink and cut out with the Window Frames Collection Framelits.  Step up a size and cut another frame from Not Quite Navy card stock.  Emboss with Square Lattice embossing folder.  Lastly I embellished with a strip of new Natural 7/16 Trim ribbon and a Daffodil Delight Button!
