Bleached Butterfly

This Butterfly stamp is fast becoming a favorite!  So many possibilities, and using bleach on all our Stampin' Up colors is one I want to explore.  This card was so easy and the Monarch look was achieved with an aqua painter and a teaspoon of bleach.  I inked the stamp with Versamark and stamped on Pumpkin Pie card stock.  Early Expresso embossing powder fills in all the detail on this stamp.  Paint with bleach to remove as much color as you want.  Remove too much and simply sponge more color back.  Dry with your heat tool to prevent any bleach from transferring to your card base.  I scruffed the edges with our new distressing tool and adhered to a Early Expresso card base.  The sentiment is from Bloomin' Marvelous a Sale-a-bration stamp set available Jan 22nd with a $50 purchase.
