This Trick or Treat was a swap I received at Convention. I do not have a name of the person who created this, but HOW CUTE!! Love the Black and White striped straw! If anyone sees these out and about, Please let me know. Otherwise this is super simple to make. Washi tape was taped to the straw and flagged on the ends. Trick or Treat was stamped with the Illuminate ink on Basic Black card stock and punched with the Label Bracket punch. This Bundle has 4 Seasonal stamps and a punch to match!!!
