Bunny Basket instructions

I made a similar bag/basket at Christmas, so here are the measurements and 2 different sizes.  Remember the Score lines stay the same.  Adjust the size of your bag by the width of your paper.  The previous post was actually 4 X 12 designer paper.  This Lucky Limeade example uses a  6 X 12 piece of designer paper, which gives you a finished bag of 5 inches high X 4 inches wide.

Score at 1 1/2, 5 1/2, 7 and 11.   Turn and score the entire length at 1 inch. 

Notice the flap to the far right is the smaller flap, you will tuck this one in.  The bottom is cut at each score line up to the 1 inch score.  These are the bottom flaps.  Now lets turn it over and add the sticky strip.  I want the Polka Dots to be my outside so the sticky strip goes on the other side.

Remember we have flipped our paper so the sticky strip goes on the 1 1/2 inch flap, from the top to the bottom score line.  Pick out one of your long bottom flaps and add sticky strip.  Before I stuck these together, I folded the front and back evenly and punched the little handle with the Petite Curly label punch.  Now you are ready to remove the red tape on the side sticky strip.  Line it up with your other flap and press.

Now remove the red tape on the bottom flap and fold all flaps in and press bottom together.

The bottom should look like this.  Now you are ready to decorate your bag.  I chose the Single stamp "Ears to YOU" and colored the bunnies with Pretty in Pink, Daffodil Delight and Certainly Celery markers.  The sentiment from "Delightful Dozen" was stamped in Lucky Limeade.  I then used the Ovals Framelits Collection to cut out my bunnies.  Popped up with dimensionals, add some Lucky Limeade Ruffled ribbon and some Easter Grass and your bag is ready to fill with goodies!

Here is the smaller size using a 4X12 Wisteria Wonder Designer paper.  You can get 3 baskets from one sheet of 12X12 paper when using the 4X12 piece of paper.  Your actual basket will measure 3X4 with a 1 inch bottom.
