First up the Collage, mine is pretty simple, but I want to show you how you can MOVE your 12 X 12 paper around the platform and keep your stamps affixed to the Stamping plate! I used the hinges to move my stamp up and down on the paper.
Placing an ink pad under the plate will give nice support when inking your stamp. Ink up and stamp. I used Crumb Cake for my first image.
If your image is not dark enough, ink again and stamp, perfect placement every time!!! Next remove the plate and go down 2 hinges. Ink with Soft Suede and stamp again.
Sorry I did not take a picture of this, now you need to turn your paper so you can stamp the last image. Snug the bottom corner into the Stamparatus. Remove the plate and add to the other side. You can use the hinges to position the stamp in the right place. NO need to remove the stamp!! I inked up and stamped in Early Expresso.
Here is a picture of the 3 different colors. Then I removed the stamp and started another row from the bottom. Same scenario, Ink, Stamp, Move up 2 hinges, change ink colors and stamp again.
For the top stamp you will need to turn your paper again, snug to the corner and position the hinge to get your placement.
This gives you a nice Collage effect to add a large picture or smaller pictures. Let your imagination run wild. And our new Tree Stamps "Rooted in Nature" would really go well with this background. I will try to get a finished page posted tomorrow.
Our New Stampin' Shammy is a must have for cleaning your stamps on the Stamparatus. I cut mine in half so it is easier to handle. Wet the Shammy and clean your stamp on the plate without having to remove the stamp!! Your Shammy will get stained but the ink will not transfer. Rinse, allow to air dry and store in a stamp case.
Wet the shammy when your are ready to stamp again.
