I stamped the vase this time in Tranquil Tide, added some stems and then the Tulips. Mint Macaron leaves were also punched and added to the Vase. Rich Razzleberry Velvet was criss-crossed and attached to the card with glue dots. The Oval Panel was then popped up with dimensionals.
