This Retiring Designer paper is English Garden. I was wanting to make this card Red, White and Blue, but this paper is very pale. I added the Navy Stars by inking the Star embossing folder and pressing on the Designer paper. Subtle, but a nice addition to the background. I then added the dsp to the Real Red card base. Stamped Brilliant in Night of Navy, Stamped and cut out various Stars. Then layered the Stars and topped with a Metal rimmed Rhinestone.
