Thursday evening I had the pleasure of visiting Powell Gardens Festival of Lights. GO, Please GO, it is amazing and inspired this card.
The Blues, Purples and Vibrant colors in this Display had me just standing in AWE!
It was so quiet out there, only a hand full of people out because it was cold and windy. But the mile walk was not bad with all these beautiful lights! And there is a fire pit and heated tent along the way.
I used the Blizzard thinlit and sponged Balmy Blue and Highland Heather on Whisper White card stock. I stamped some Balmy Blue Snowflakes and Highland Heather small dots. I cut the letters JOY in Whisper White and Balmy Blue to create a shadow. I ran the White letters thru the Swirls & Curls Embossing folder for some added texture and sponged with Highland Heather ink.
The Large Snowflake and a Rhinstone complete this Soft and Shadowy card. Here are some more of the Lights at Powell Gardens. Check this Powell Link for the dates and times of this Display.
