I had to get out the Large Letters and show some LOVE!! If you do not have the Letter Framelts add a Sentiment and this card is just as Beautiful!
I used Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel. Not really random, more of a planned path using each stamp twice and some of the smaller Hearts 3 times. Then lay down the Letters and run thru the Big Shot.
Glue down the White panel and then POP up the Letters with dimensionals. Super easy card. Save the center of the O and glue down to the card base.
