Paper Pumpkin Alternatives

My January Paper Pumpkin kit arrived yesterday and I could not wait to get to the craft room and play!!  The kit is a Banner and Treat Pouch kit with 30 LARGE Hearts, 30 Flag banners and 30 clothes pins, along with Twine, Sequins, ink spot, stamps and adhesive strips and dots.  Once I separated all the hearts and banners there was a sizable piece of paper left below each Large Heart.  So I punched with the Sweet Heart punch and the Small Heart from the Itty Bitty punch pack.  You could punch Balloons, Flowers or anything you want with this kit.  I love being able to make each kit my own!

And here is what I ended up with......a BOWL of Hearts!  60 Sweethearts and 150 Itty Bitty Hearts!  WOW these Hearts will embellish LOTS of things!!

This paper is double-sided and very similar to the Envelope paper on page 149 of the Big Catalog. A bit lighter in weight than our designer series paper.

Here is a pouch using the punched Hearts as embellishment.  These pouches would hold maybe 2 Ghiradelli chocolates or any flat candy.
And notice the Hearts embossing folder?  I did this after I adhered the hearts together with the adhesive in the kit........here is the other side.........
