Balloon Birthday

How cool is this Stamp set and a Matching punch?  Pinterest is filled with adorable ideas using this Bundle.  I wanted to put Balloons on the inside of this card and the Vellum Scrap used gives such a Classy touch!  Melon Mambo and Black are stunning together and this twine is the perfect accent inside and out!  I use the Happy Birthday Pop Up Thinlits again but as an embellishment for the card front instead of a POP UP.. 
Here is a card stock saving tip.......notice the Black mat on the card front?  Guess what, cut a Happy Birthday from that piece and no one will ever know when you cover it up with other card stock!!  And save that HB for later.......I decided to use Melon Mambo HB for this card to show off the twine better.  Notice the Confetti embossing folder on the Perfectly Artistic SAB paper.  I LOVE this paper!!

And here is the HB after snipping the sides.  And the Black mat is under your layers and no one will know you have cut this out for another card!
