I love Cardinals and My Dad loved to watch them come to the Bird Feeder from my Dining room. He would have loved my new French Doors and the awesome view they provide to the back yard. Snoopy is permanently perched above the heat vent peering out these doors watching for whatever goes by.
My Dad's Sister, AuntiM lives on Cardinal Drive, so I wanted to use "Beauty of the Season" for her card and also make her some note cards, but alas I have miss placed that stamp set and after looking for it a week have resigned myself to move on....so what stamp set has a cardinal? White Christmas, little bitty Cardinals, but hey at this point I am desperate cause I need to get her package in the mail soon!! And since I will be adding this card to a package I pulled out all the stops and added a bow and a Snowflake embellishment!!
I also used Dazzling Details and the Snowflake stamp in this set with Soft Sky for a Snowy effect. Very pretty in person! I used the Aqua painter and Real Red ink to paint the banner and add some color to the Cardinals.
