Gone Fishing........

 I have been needing to make Fish cards for a customer for a few weeks and finally made 6 options.  This set has matching Dies, but I could not find them today.  So my creativity had to take over using the paper and stamps to make the cards FEEL like Fishing!  And any of you that really know me.....Who would Fish? That pretty much sums up how I feel about Fishing!  As kids our few and far between vacations all ended in Fishing!  I sat in the car and read Nancy Drew!!

Crumb cake card base and Fishing Paper and Fishing Lures stamped in Black and then filled with Mossy Meadow, Calypso Coral and Crushed Curry.

Very Vanilla card base with the Fishing Pole Paper and Colorful Bobbers with a Retirement Sentiment.  

Balmy Blue card bases on these 2 cards and the Water paper. Similar layout with Fishing Lures and different sentiments.

Back to Fishing Pole paper and a Bobber I fussy cut and popped up on a Very Vanilla card base.

And finally another Crumb Cake card base with the Fly Fishing paper.  I used a scrap of the wave paper and added some "water" to the circle and Fish.  The more I type I think the EEL on the top is actually the fill in for the Fish below!  It looked like a Eel to me!  I told you Fishing was not my Favorite activity!

Legendary Ride on Retired paper....

 Another day with this Awesome Motorcycle stamp set and matching Dies.  I had this retired designer paper laying nearby and thought....hmmmmm this looks like a horizon.  Perfect to ride off into the Sunset!

This Bike was stamped directly to the Designer paper and then the Chrome added with Tombow Multi adhesive.  Lots of spots to add Tombow to secure the Chrome!

And here is a more Stormy scene.  Love how the Bike pops off the page!  Great Sentiments in this stamp set.  Great for cards and Scrapbooking!

 Are you ready for LOTS of cards?  These are 7 more cards I made with this kit (some were duplicates)but a total of 12 cards.  I used all the In Colors for card bases and Misty Moonlight!

I pulled the Moody Mauve from the tent for this card base and used Misty Moonlight and Boho Blue on the Sentiment.

Exploring In Color Book Fold

 This Paper Pumpkin Kit is AMAZING!!  I opted to cut my 9 card bases in half and make 18 cards from this kit!  The kit card bases were printed on both sides! 

I purchased the 5 In Colors of card stock and used those for card bases.  So far this kit is SOLD OUT, but the ADD ON Cards and Envelopes are available for Subscribers to purchase.  (see below)

If Add Ons are still available when I close the Hostess code on 5/31 I will be ordering a few.  Let me know if you are interested.  Great for Manly cards!!

I also decided to try the Book Fold for 6 these cards,  SO easy to do by adding 2 more score lines!  Cut card base 4 1/4 X 11.  Score at 4 1/2, and 5 1/2 and 6 1/2.  Fold at 5 1/2 and adhere together between the other score lines.  You can add a 3/4 by 4 scrap to the spine or leave plain.  The main piece of patterned paper is 4 1/4 X 4. Boho Blue card base and Jute Twine.

I embossed the main paper with various embossing folders and used the In Color Jute Twine at the spine of the cards.  Copper Clay card base and Wild Wheat Jute twine.
