 I am pretty sure my email has arrived to my new customer group!  Woohoo!  No non delivery notices!  My email did not go to my Spam folder!  That’s progress!  I created a new Group for customers who have ordered in the last year.

Grinch Bags

 2 weeks ago at Mistletoe Madness the Tastefully Simple vendor asked me about a Gift bag to hold her products.  I told her I would make a sample.  So here we go with a Grinch bag to hold all the Grinch things you can find at my next event!  Whobee Whatee Holiday event 11/29 at Stoney Creek Hotel in Independence 10-3pm

I love this classic saying from the Grinch! 

I used Retired Memory and More cards for the background and various ribbon.

These bags can hold quite a bit.  8.5 high by 5 wide.  They will easily hold a few items.. Use the Grinch theme and fill the bag or Decorate a bag to match your gifts! I hope the Tastefully Simple vendor sees this post and is inspired to get some bags ready for her product bundles.  Meeting vendors and connecting at an event is a perk of this business.  Now I hope I can find her business card as I sort and repack for the Whobee Whatee event.  Hope to see you there.

Technology is not my Friend

 This a PSA today about a situation that has developed with my Group email box for my Stampin’Up! Group of customers.  I’ve been talking to my email provider for a week and now have a ticket, but can still not send a Group email. 

There are new rules and checks for Spam that were implemented in September and a few emails started coming back for non-delivery.  I have deleted old contacts from the group email box and in October a few more.  This month emails are going no where fast!  In fact I’m starting to believe my Sept and Oct emails were not delivered either.  So I now cannot email my customers!  It makes me sad on so many levels.  So I will rely on my Blog and Facebook page to communicate any news.  

  It seems after so many folks mark you as Spam it shuts you down?  If folks asked to be removed from the group I promptly removed them.  So I guess the moral of this story is “don’t mark your friends as Spam”

Grinchy Cocoa

 I had to restock the Grinch Cocoa packs and hunt for more Grinch Green paper!  Granny Apple Green seems to be a Good Grinch Green…  Red Bird mints for a sweet touch.

Now you see those Hats I fussy cut on Sunday!

Holiday Lights

 These Hoilday Light Bulbs have been hanging out in my Christmas projects waiting for an idea.  The Light Bulbs finally went off!  A Lip Balm holder!  I made my box and added a Bulb to each side.  Love how these turned out.

The Silver cord can be used to hang on a tree, or tuck one in a Stocking.

Packaged in Cellophane to keep things all together.

I found Burt’s Bees multi packs and added one to each bulb.  This Lip balm has vitamin E and Peppermint oil.  I will have these available at the Whobee Whatee Holiday event 11/29 Stoney Creek Hotel 10-3pm

It’s Hot Cider weather…..

 Brrrrr last night was cold!! I have been packaging some Apple Cider packets to slip in stockings or hand out to Friends and Neighbors for a sweet warm gift!  Make it extra special and tuck a Gift card inside!  

Thanks to everyone who came out to my last event at Gamber Center in Lees Summit.  I will have a few new items for you to shop 11/29.

Sunday Fun….

 What does one do on a cold Sunday afternoon?  Stamp, color and fussy cut Grinch hats!  And Josie helps!  I have been crafting like crazy to prepare for my next event at Stoney Creek Hotel 11/29.  10-3pm.   This is a Grinch themed event called Whobee Whatee, save the date and come shop for Christmas cards, Gift packaging, Stocking stuffers and Sweet Treats for Teachers, Neighbors, Mail Carriers, Trash picker uppers, Store clerks and all the wonderful people that serve us daily!  

Josie gets impatient with all the crafting and loves to steal a nap on my lap.  Stay tuned for more new projects!
