This a PSA today about a situation that has developed with my Group email box for my Stampin’Up! Group of customers. I’ve been talking to my email provider for a week and now have a ticket, but can still not send a Group email.
There are new rules and checks for Spam that were implemented in September and a few emails started coming back for non-delivery. I have deleted old contacts from the group email box and in October a few more. This month emails are going no where fast! In fact I’m starting to believe my Sept and Oct emails were not delivered either. So I now cannot email my customers! It makes me sad on so many levels. So I will rely on my Blog and Facebook page to communicate any news.
It seems after so many folks mark you as Spam it shuts you down? If folks asked to be removed from the group I promptly removed them. So I guess the moral of this story is “don’t mark your friends as Spam”
