Holly Jolly Embossing folder

 This new item just arrived and I had to make some cards for Mistletoe Madness this weekend.  Here are a few samples that will be on the card rack this Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-4pm.  Gamber Community Center, Lees Summit Mo.  

I used Real Red card bases and Garden Green for the Holly.  This is so easy!!  The Die settles inside the Hybrid embossing folder and cuts and embosses in 1 pass!  Add a sentiment and you are done!  I added some shear ribbon to this first card.

I colored the Berries with a Real Red marker.  You could use Blends and even those shiny Stickles!  But let them dry thoroughly or they will Stick!

I grabbed a piece of Granny Apple Green for this landscape card.

And finally a hint, glue down your Holly Panel and then go around and color and lift some leaves.  Only place glue around the edges so your Holly can lift!

Love and Courage Fall Vibes

 I’m adding some new items to the Market tomorrow using the Love and Courage stamp set.  I found this retired 12x12 designer paper and was inspired!

First I stamped as pictured. 

Then I went for a full Sunflower.

If you ink this Sunflower half way and then stamp again you can get a whole!  Perfect for this Birthday pouch with Nivea Hand Cream.  And the Sentiment covers the middle!

 October is about half over and I feel like I’m way behind in my crafting!  Time to focus on upcoming events!  Independence Uptown Market has 2 more Saturdays…..10/18 and 10/25.  Stop by for Fall, Halloween and a bit of Christmas will be on the racks these next 2 Saturdays.  Fall for Toile Paper pumpkin cards will be featured this week.

I cut the kit card bases in half and used Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake and Timid Tiger for card bases.

I grabbed a stack of stamp sets and used sentiment blanks from the kit and added multiple sentiments.

The matching envelopes are stunning! 

The leaves and this pre-stamped sentiment make a quick card.

More leaves with an adorable Fox.

The Foil leaves and ribbon from the kit accent this Toile background.

Beautiful Gallery

Beautiful Gallery Designer paper is a must have for Sympathy cards.  I sometimes struggle with 6x6 paper, but recently saw some cards that really inspired me!

I used Crumb Cake card bases and Very Vanilla Sentiments and envelopes.

Trimmed this paper down from both sides, love how the Roses frame the Sentiment.

This Landscape pattern was used both directions.  Below was cut to 3 panels and aligned on the card front.

Obsessed with Spooky Sweet!

 I really am obsessed…..could not sleep Thursday night so popped in the craft room and made 7 more cards covered 6 boxes.  And I still have over 8 sheets of paper left and more punch outs!  Oh and I decorated all 20 of the iridescent treat bags!

This Cat in the window of this paper has that Halloween attitude!  I dug out my Retired stamps for the Sentiment.

This pattern has treats floating in the Stars!  So cute!

And here are more cards using up the sheet of Scene paper.Cut along the lines, add a mat or don’t!  Coordinates with Pumpkin Pie, Granny Apple Green, Smoky Slate, Petunia Pop and Black.

Spooky Sweet 12x12 designer paper

Spooky Sweet cards!

 This Designer paper does ALL the work for you!  Today I grabbed the pattern with scenes and cut apart to use as card fronts, these are so cute!  And the punch outs let you decorate to complete the scene.

This little Princess punch out completed this scene perfectly.  The Sentiment was stamped directly on the designer paper.

This paper pattern reminded me of the Great Pumpkin Patch!!  Sentiment stamped directly on the paper.

And this cat in the window is adorable.  I used the Fright Night Bundle for all the Sentiments.
