 Today I am using a NEW Vellum!  SO pretty peeking thru the leaves and behind the Sentiment.  This card could be so many Colors and so many Occasions!  Soft Succulent card base, a 3X5 piece of Soft Succulent Vellum adhered to the card base.  A white panel with the Leaves cut out.  Then emboss with the Bark 3D folder.

The Vellum is very Shiny with a hint of Sparkle.  The Double Oval punch really showcases the layering of the Vellum behind the sentiment!

And this trick to USE your negative panel WITH the cut out!!
