 And another great Stamp set to pair with the Borders!!  Soft Succulent Card base and In Color Vellum! I stamped the Croc and snipped out of Soft Succulent Card stock. Stamped the matt side of the vellum with Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen ink.

Embossed with the BARK 3D which really looks like swamp water to me.  See the alternate colors in this picture.  Stamp, them emboss.

I used Tombow to adhere the Vellum and nothing shows thru!  Popped up the Crocodile and used a Stitched Rectangle for the sentiment.
