Evening Everygreen Suit

 I did some studying and I made a proper suit!  Evening Evergreen patterned paper had a nice tight plaid and the other side is just waiting to be a TIE!  LOOK at that Shirt Collar......and the cut out scraps were used for the Hankerchief in the Pocket!

These Suits really do go together quickly.  Start with a 4 X 5 1/4 paper pattern and cut the Deep V.  Add a 4X4 White panel for your shirt.  Adhere the Patterned paper to a Evening Evergreen card base.  Pop up those Lapels.  Add the Tie and Pop up the Collar.  

I tried to match the plaid Pocket, not so much, but Popped it up over the Hankerchief and added a Sentiment for DAD.  Lots of ideas for this Bundle, get it before it's GONE!

 Saturday's Market was slow....very slow.  I imagine lots of folks headed to the Lake this weekend.  Thankfully I had my Batter Up Paper Pumpkin kit with me!  In about 45 minutes I had 9 finished cards and actually SOLD 2 at the Market.  Hot off the PRESS!  This is why I LOVE Paper Pumpkin. everything you need is in your box.  I did use some Tombow adhesive, but my craft tote always has Tombow.

Handsomely Suited

 I have had this bundle in my craft room for over a month as I was afraid this would sell out before Father's Day.   I am happy to announce this Bundle is still available!  The Mini catalog has a month to go and many items will be discounted starting June 1st.  If you want items from the Mini order them early to avoid items being sold out!

I am tired as I make this card.  The chilly weather has flared my aching joints and the Market on Saturday really aggravated my back.  So excuse me for missing a collar for this Shirt!  LOL I see it now as I post the pictures, but I thought it looked FINE in the craft room!  White card base, Night of Navy Suit and Striped tie.....how traditional is this?

I cut the Blue Suit 4 X5 1/4 and then cut the Lapels out of this piece.  Popped the Lapels up and tucked in the Tie.  I'll get more fancy with this Bundle this coming week.  I need to look at some samples and make sure I am dressing these cards correctly!

New Treats at the Independence Uptown Market 5/29

 Look at these adorable little BEDS!!  I know it is no fun being sick, but this would make me smile.  I tucked in a personal tissue pack.  You could add Tea, throat Lozenges, Chap Stick, Candy and other treats to perk up the Patient.  This is not my original idea and did not know the original creator.  But we are all here to SHARE cute ideas!

I used Designer Paper that is still available in the Mini catalog.  2 prints from Well Suited and a Floral from Hydrangea Hill.  The samples I saved had different Head Boards and I wanted to keep mine simple.  So I cut 2 of the Largest Stitched Circles(Retired) and glued them together for a beefier head board.  There are many Dies that can be converted into a Head Board!  Check your stash!

I embossed the Floral Comforter with Meadow Moments for a real Blanket look!  I used In Good Taste scraps to mimic Wood Bed frames.  Be ready making these is a bit ADDICTIVE!!  Oh and the PILLOWS are wrapped Hershey Nuggets!

Many Hats

 This Sentiment gave me another card idea.  I love Stamp sets that inspire me to keep stamping!! There will be LOTS of HAT cards at the Market this Saturday.  Hats for Dad's Grandad's, Uncles, Ball Players and MORE!!

I tried a 2 tone hat!  Misty Moonlight Brim and a Designer paper body.

This could be a Girly Hat using Dandy Garden Designer paper.

I know there are lots of TIGER teams in town.  Get you colors and Go Get 'em a card!
