 I love this card and this sentiment.  This could be for a Graduation, Wedding, Birth, New Job and more.  I used the Blending Brushes with Balmy Blue and Misty Moonlight inks.  Shimmery White card stock, Black and Balmy Blue card base.

Crushed Curry stars and the Stamparatus allows for placement of the Moon Phases and Sentiments.  You can get lots of mileage from this $17 stamp set.  And Great Scrapbook pages!!
