Snow Globe

My first attempt at a Snow Globe.  Learned a few lessons and need to do more research before I forge ahead!   This would be a hand delivered card as the globe is too thick to mail with out extra postage and Hand Cancelling.

Smoky Slate card base and Feels Like Frost paper.  Highland Heather covers the Globe, which looks a bit stark.  I should have added some Snowflakes.....but again first attempt.

Inside the globe I cut the Trees in Shaded Spruce and Glimmer paper.  Retired Flakes add some shaker material.(I could not find my sequins)  There is adhesive on each side of the raised Globe.  The Die cuts an Opening to fit over the globe.  The Stand covers the bottom and can be embossed or textured for more options.   I did not have time tonight to get that involved.  Stay tuned for another Globe card coming on Friday!
