Is it Spring yet? Watching Weather forecast for this week and it looks like more of the same. Was that Groundhog MAD at us? I decided to pull out some flower stamps and Dream of Spring. This stamp set was given to Onstage attendees in Orlando. A card kit is also available and I will be using that kit in an upcoming class. Tyler shows us the kit in the video by Stampin' Up.
Blueberry Bushel card base and inks create a great backdrop for these flowers. I think they are Ranunculus, love them!
Very delicate flowers, I need to start looking for seeds and get some Springtime started in my window sill!
I used Powder Pink for the Solid flower and Lovely Lipstick for the Petals. I added some leaves and Balmy Blue dots....and this is where that line came from.....ugh....when you use a block too big for your stamp you risk getting the edge of the block! Opportunity to embellish! I stamped another flower and fussy cut and popped up. Still a bit peeking out but not quite so glaring!
