I saw this cut on a card a few days ago and did not write down the name of the creator, but I will say it is complicated! Beautiful but it took me a few tries to get the angles correct. I used the Stitching line from the Stitched Labels Framelits,but there is also a stitched line in Swirly Snowflake Thinlits which also has a Border option. This Border piece is from Falling Leaves. SO LOTS of product on this card, but see what you have in your craft room to make a card just as cute!
I colored the Snowman with Blends and added some Wink of Stella for shimmer. Stampin' Up will be introducing White Velvet paper in November with some SPECIAL Snowflake stamps. I cut and Colored this one with the Blends and added a Rhinestone. Real Red ribbon tied at the top.
