This paper is NOT just for the Holidays! The FALL Wine season is in full swing and I plan to make a few stops in a few weeks when I go to the Baldwin Maple Leaf Festival in Baldwin City Kansas. And did you know there are 2 Wineries IN INDEPENDENCE!! I will be visiting them this week trying to set up a "Wine & Card" event! Who's interested?
Here is a Fall card using this GORGEOUS paper and the Half Full stamp set.
I used another Merry Merlot card base with Gray Granite accents. This paper is SO BEAUTIFUL!! I used the Stamparatus HINGE technique to get perfect alignment of my Wine Glasses down the side of this card. Stamped in Merry Merlot ink and cut out the focal image. I added a Glimmer paper edge on the Bottom.
Aged it up with some sponging and added a Copper Trim Bow and a Copper Leaf. Added a Bit of Wink of Stella to a few glasses for some more shimmer. What a Beautiful FALL Birthday card! Add a Bottle of Wine and what a nice gift!!!
I am not a HUGE Wine drinker, but love to check out these Miami County Kansas wineries. Google it and you will see a MAP of many options. Many of them have Wine Slushies....yummy! Great FALL drive for the upcoming weekends.
