Every Graduation needs some balloons! If you know the school colors all the better, if not make it BRIGHT! And this paper stack has the colors, some are retiring, so get them before they are GONE!!
I started with a Island Indigo card base and the Picture Perfect Party paper stack. Used the Balloon Builder punch to punch a Peek a Boo Peach, Berry Burst and Island Indigo balloon. I then stamped Happy on each balloon. Adhered a strip of Lemon Lime Twist card stock and the paper to the card front. The Grad hat is made with the Tailored Tag punch. Bakers twine makes great Balloon strings and the Hat and punched sentiment are popped up over the strings. Sentiments are from Thoughtful Banners which is carrying over to the new Catalog!
So many options with this punch and ALL the Sentiments! This would make an awesome Birthday card!
