Painted with Love Designer paper is NOT just for Valentine's Day!!  This paper is so Bright and GORGEOUS!!  I used a Melon Mambo card base and cut a Melon Mambo Circle with the Stitched Shapes Framelits.  I sliced off a piece of the Doily and moved it to the edge so you can see more of this paper.    This is a very simple layout you could use for any Occasion!
