I used a So Saffron card base with a Basic Black mat. The Flowers were stamped in Peek-a-boo and So Saffron. I fussy cut and Sponged 2 of the flowers. Bursts in the corners are stamped with So Saffron ink. Sentiments were stamped in Black and Black 3/8 Shimmer ribbon was tied around the panel before adhering it to the card base.
The Fussy cut flowers were popped up and a Clear faceted Gem was added to the centers. Look at that shine in this ribbon!!
