Happy Birthday AuntiM

My Aunt is celebrating her 80th Birthday today!!  Wow it is so hard to believe she is 80 and I am 60!!  I liked it better when she was 60 and I was 40......but alas time marches on......

Here is the Card and Gift Bag I made for her.  The theme was Yellow Roses and Daisies, but I stuck with the new Daisy Delight set for these projects.  I also took my crafting items with me to decorate the Photo Board and make some place cards.  I will post those photos when I get back home.

I used a Pear Pizzazz card base and used the Misti to get a Deep, Dark sentiment!  Sponged the edges of the Whisper White panel with Pear Pizzazz and added the Daisy stems.  I used the Glitter Enamel Dots in the centers.  LOVE these embellishments!

Each Daisy was stamped and punched and layered on another Daisy.  Arranged on the stems and Popped up.   I stamped the centers with Crumb Cake and Crushed Curry before adding the Glitter Dot.

ON the Gift Bag you can see the centers without the Glitter Dots.

I decorated both sides of the Gift Bag and will add tissue and a ribbon.  The bag will contain an Ancestry DNA kit.  I think it will be interesting to get my Father's side of the Family History to compare to mine.  So AuntiM and I will have some fun completing our kits and anxiously await the results!  What percent Swedish are we?
