Eastern Palace Sun Flower

This is my favorite flower so far......  Patty Bennett made a project sheet with all her cuts.  Patty is a Million Dollar Demo and makes beautiful cards.  You will also use Circle Framelits with this set or you can punch Circles with punches and then cut out with the Eastern Palace Thinlits.  The layering of this set is endless!!

And here is my card.  I changed it up a bit, with these thinlits you have endless combinations.  I used the 2 base Petals in Crushed Curry and sponged them with some Early Expresso.  I then cut a circle in Soft Suede like the pattern shown and also Early Expresso.  I spun these and offset them so the Soft Suede would peak thru.  Then I cut the smaller center in Early Expresso.
And here is a closeup of the Glitter Enamel Dot in the middle!!  You are going to LOVE these!!

I used the Touches of Texture stamp set for the Splashes of Crushed Curry behind the Sunflower on the Very Vanilla panel.  I used the stem from this same set and stamped it multiple times in Old Olive.  The Sentiment was stamped in Early Expresso.  The card base is Old Olive.

I cut 2 slits in the Very Vanilla and threaded thru a snip of the NEW COPPER TRIM.  OOH this stuff is so amazing it is on back order because ALL us Demos LOVE IT!!  You will too, as it gives such a natural look and feel to your projects.  And it can be stretched, smushed and manipulated!!
