Easter Message

Every year Stampin' Up comes up with a Gorgeous Easter Stamp set.  I have not embossed since Christmas and wanted to do some watercoloring within the lines and Embossing makes this so easy!!

I embossed in Silver on Watercolor paper and then cut out with an Oval Framelit.  Then colored with the Rich Razzleberry and Early Expresso pencils.  Then used an Aqua Painter to blend the color.  LOVE these pencils and hope we get more colors in the NEW catalog.

The Sentiment is embossed FIRST on the Tip Top Taupe card base and then added the Palm Fronds randomly stamped.  I stamped off to get a lighter tone on tone look.

This card is super simple.  Watercolor paper is 4 1/4 X 2 1/2.  Again embossed the Cross.  Then I colored the background with the Daffodil Delight, Rich Razzleberry and Calypso Coral.  Blended these colors and then colored the Cross the same as the previous card.  Popped up on the Rich Razzleberry card base.

The Sentiment was embossed on the card base.  I think I am going to go back and add more water to the background for a more diluted look.  I love how you can tinker with your coloring to get the look you want!!
