Love Sparkles

2 more cards using the Love Sparkles stamp set and the Sealed with Love Bundle.  I am determined to use EVERY stamp and Framelit in this Bundle.  I discovered the Heart in the bottom right corner of the picture of the Bundle is adorable.....look at this card!

First I chose this pattern of paper and noticed the Heart Stamp had the SAME pattern.....love Stampin' Up for the coordination!!  I actually stamped after I cut out the White hearts,  I was not quite sure what was going to happen with this Framelit, but was pleasantly surprised to see the result!

 I popped the White Hearts up on Real Red Punched Hearts(punch retired).  Added some Real Red Ribbon and popped up the Hearts over the ribbon.  Super Simple.

 On this card I used 2 more patterns from the paper stack, Cut a Large Real Red Heart and added a Sentiment from BOTH Stamp sets.  Real Red ribbon again.

All We Need is LOVE................

Does that put a tune in your head.....good that was my intention!  I used a NEW stamp set on this card.  Love the Font and the Line Art of the Heart.  And Black, White and Red always makes a stunning Valentine!! I cut the Sending Love paper stack to a 5 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch panel and adhered to the cards after stamping the Hearts. Hearts were randomly stamped in Black Stazon.

LOVE was stamped on the Smallest Stitched Oval and them backed with a Real Red Stitched Oval.  Love the Layering of this Framelit set!  And the Real Red Grosgrain ribbon ties it together.

 I need to go back and add some Rhinestones on the Love sparkles spots, don't ya think?

Tasty Truck X 2

ALERT!!  Water Color pencils are currently SOLD OUT and the number has been turned off in the Ordering system.  Sorry to hear this news, I have been using these pencils ALOT.  They should be available in Mid- February.

But good news you can still color is SO MANY WAYS!!  I used a mix on these two cards.  Pencils, Aqua painter with ink in  the lid of the stamp pad and Markers.

This card could be for many Occasions........Food Trucks are so trendy now and one day I will make it to the KC Star parking lot on First Fridays and try them out.  There is a truck called "Pie Hole" and they sell meat pies and I'm sure other pies.  WHO does NOT LOVE PIE!!!  I will endure some gluten side effects for a nice piece of pie!!

I chose a Pattern of Designer paper from the Succulents designer paper.  It looks like this truck is driving thru the cosmos......stars and comets flying!  I love the color combo.  Tip Top Taupe, Mint Macaron and a splash of Sweet Sugarplum!
This is where the "other" coloring mediums come in, using the matching ink pads to create the color on the awning, truck and ground under the truck.  I stamped the Flags on Sweet Sugarplum card stock and trimmed out with scissors and popped up.  Go little Food Truck GO!!!

And here is another Valentine Version.  Using the Sending Love paper stack and another Sweet Food Truck.  The Truck was stamped on a 2 3/4 X 2 3/4 piece of Whisper White card stock and then backed with a 3X3 Real Red Square.

I embossed the entire card front after adhering the paper with the Falling Petals embossing folder.  Minimal coloring on this truck with the Colored Pencils.  Cupcakes were stamped in Real Red.

Love is in The Air

I had to take a day off.....watching too many Royals videos and feeling sad.  My Fathers Birth date is today 1/28 and my Mothers is 1/30.  All 3 of us Aquarius.....time marches on.

But today is a new day and Love is in the Air!!

 Stampin' Up has had Hot Air Balloon sets in the past, but this is a KEEPER!!  Detailed stamps and Detailed Thinlits.  Gives you so many options to create cards for ANY Occasion.  I used a Soft Sky panel and randomly stamped Soft Sky clouds.  The small balloon and sentiment in Night of Navy.

The Large Balloon in Real Red and I used Sale-a-bration Designer paper for the Medium Balloon.  This is a GREAT pack of paper for your masculine and fun cards!  All this was then adhered to a Whisper White card base.  Super Easy card!

Food Truck Sweetness

There is nary a Heart in this Food Truck set but the Sentiment spoke Valentines to me and the Hearts from Sealed with Love coming out the tail pipe confirm the LOVE.

 The card base is Sahara Sand.  I stamped the Truck in Early Expresso as I wanted the ink to run a bit when I used the Aqua Painter and Water Color Pencils to color.  I love how you can color vividly and not blend, OR color lightly and blend.....So versatile!!

I should have added the Sweetest before I colored and the paper was damp, or used My MISTI!!

Floral Valentine

I love Pink Valentines.....well this one is Blushing Bride.  Here is a close-up of the Heart Border WITH the Hearts still intact using the Love Notes Framelits.

These new Doilies are beautiful and they are so easy to cut in fourths to use as corners.  The Flowers from the Sale-a-bration stamp set Avant Garden were stamped in Blushing Bride and leaves in Pear Pizzazz.  I love the watercolor look of these stamps.

 The Greeting from Sealed with Love was stamped in Stazon Black.  You can fold in the hearts for more dimension, but I like them flat.  I added a 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 Very Vanilla panel on the inside and then rounded the corners.

I stamped another Flower on the inside and used the spots stamp to stamp around the border.  I stamped off the Blushing Bride ink each time to give different shadings of color.

Yordano Ventura

I saw his Smile often on TV with the rest of you and at the Stadium during the season  The guys on this team are a Brotherhood and when they roll into the parking lot and into the Stadium on the golf cart you can see their enthusiasm to be Together and PLAY the game they love!!  It makes me so proud that so many of these young men have went to Yo's home to pay their respects.  May he Rest in Peace.

Here is the other NEW Embossing folder used 3 times on a Real Red Panel.  It was pretty easy to line up.

 I then used the Hearts Framelit for an edge.  The Hearts are meant to stay attached, but the Designer paper is thinner and the Hearts did not seem to fold right.  So I clipped the Hearts out and will use them on another card.  You can see an example with the hearts in the Stamp set bundle below.

The Sentiment was stamped on the Largest Stitched Square Framelit and popped up.  The entire Real Red panel was popped up on a Whisper White card base.  This HAPPY embossing will make an awesome Birthday Back gound or can be used as 1 Big Happy for many Occasions!

Love Letters

For Todays card I used lots of stamps from the Sealed With Love Bundle and some of the Framelits.  These make the most adorable baby envelopes and little letters that slip inside!

The Background was created by randomly stamping in Smoky Slate.  I cut the Mini Envelopes from the Sending Lover paper and used Glue Dots to assemble.  The little notes were stamped with Hearts that perfectly fit the border!

The sentiment was stamped in Black Stazon.  An Arrow was cut from Basic Black and adhered to the Wooden Heart with Tombow.  Tombow was used to adhere the Heart also.  Basic Rhinestones added for some Sparkle!
