Cookie Cutter Mummy and Scarecrow

These little guys are so quick and easy to put together.  I used Halloween pencils purchased at the Dollar Tree in these two samples, but Candy Corn or M&M's are perfect fillers for the Treat Tubes,

 I stamped 2 of each image, punched them out and then colored with my Aqua painter.

I added the pencil to the tube, folded over the closure and used Glue Dots to adhere the Cookie Cutter Cutouts.  So cute and QUICK!!
