Birthday Swap......maybe

Put your shades on this card is BRIGHT!!   I seem to have quite a stash of Island Indigo and Pool Party card stock, so they were my first choices for this swap.  I only need 12 cards and hope to finish this design this weekend so I can start on General swaps.

This card is a mish mash of 2 Stamp sets from the Occasions mini.  Party Wishes and Balloon Celebration Bundle.  Watermelon Wonder is the accent color for the Balloons and the Satin Ribbon.  The Island Indigo Sequins seemed perfect to stream after the Balloons.
