Party Hats

This card could be for Kids, Men or Women.  I always love Bright Primary colors for Birthdays.
I used Dotty Angles stamped in Real Red for a background,  The Party Hats are Night of Navy, Crushed Curry and Real Red on a Crushed Curry mat.  Rhinestones sparkle on each pom pom.

All these cards will be available to make at the August Stamp a Stack.  I had to cancel the July 18th class due to a conflict.
