Happy Accidents!

I realized tonight when working on the blog that I missed a post?  Oops!  Sorry about that, so today you get 2 cards!  These Rhododendrons were rejects at my card class this weekend.  A bit of a halo was around the top of each flower.  I decided to cut them out and then color.  Love the effect on both cards and cutting these out was pretty simple.

 The background on this card is Brushstrokes stamped in Blackberry Bliss.  It was too dark, so I took a baby wipe and moved the color to the rest of the card front. let dry and then embossed with the Fluttering embossing folder.  A doily softens and makes a lacy background for the water colored rhododendron.

The background on this card is from Butterfly Basics stamped with Crumb cake.  The Oval Calypso Coral card stock is embossed with Fluttering.  Love to color and this color is so Happy and will use this card for an upcoming Wedding.
