Fishing Bokeh

I love this stamp set "By The Tide" and first thought was to use the Dots from "Dotty Angles", once I stamped those dots, the light bulb went on and the Bokeh technique was on and poppin'.  Love this technique and it makes a perfect water scene.  Soft Sky card stock and ink, Tip Top Taupe for the Sea anemone and Sentiment and Lost Lagoon for the Fish.  I then used Soft Sky and Whisper White Craft ink for the circles.

I used some Dazzling Details on the fish for some sparkle and scales.
