Belly Band Pinwheel

Here is another version of the Pinwheel fold using a Belly Band to close.  No worries about placing embellishments when they are placed on the Belly Band!  Sweet Taffy dsp from the Big Catty is retiring so I am cutting it up and making something Bright and Beautiful for a Happy Birthday.  I did use a 4 X 4 insert with more stamping.  Pumpkin Pie and Tempting Turquoise ink.  Candy Dots and Deco Label Framelits are perfect for the sentiment from Balloon Bash in the Occasions Catty.  The Tempting Turquoise Belly band is a 1 X 11 , score a bit larger so the Band will slip easily over the card.  I used Fast Fuse to adhere the band together and popped up the Label with Sentiment.
