Monochromatic!

This was one of my favorite cards shown at Convention.  So Simple, yet so striking!  And I love this embossing folder and on a colored piece of card stock the effect is fabulous! 

 

The card base is Whisper White.  The sentiment from the Hostess Set Bloom with Hope and punched with the Decorative Label punch.  The Lost Lagoon mat was embossed with the Lovely Lace embossing folder.  Then the Lost Lagoon ink pad was drug across the mat, leaving ink on the raised embossing.  Lost Lagoon ribbon was tied around the mat and adhered to the card base.  Simple and elegant in any color!!
