Lisa sent me some Pinspiration, and I changed it up a bit. I am so glad this Vellum paper made it into the new catty! This card has a Smoky Slate card base, Pink Pirouette mat and a layer of Silver Vellum. I used too much tombow to hold down the vellum and had to cover them with Rhinestones. So this card is Shining Bright. The Flowers were stamped in Smoky Slate ink on Smoky Slate and Pink Pirouette card stock and punched with the Bitty Flower punch. More Rhinestones bling it up. Label Love provides the sentiment punched out and popped up on A Chalk Talk framelit cut out.
