Hello Sea Street

I was hesitant to buy this stamp set, but the more I use it with the Maritime paper the more I love it!  The Flags make a perfect border and line them up for a great look.  The Banner Framelits are perfect for the Hello sentiment.  A slice of Maritime paper give this card a youthful look.  This paper would also make great scrapbook backgrounds!
