Pomp & Circumstance

Here's another Grad card and I must say I was at first turned off by the Brain image in this stamp set, but now that I inked it up, I think it's pretty cute!  And I imagine most GUYS would think so too!  By using an entire 1/2 piece of card stock with the framelit you can make this card a money or gift card holder.  Lookie below:

Trim at 5 3/8 inches so your card stock will fit IN the Framelit.  Leave the right edge above the Frame so it does not cut.  Fold in as shown below:  Add a strip of Designer paper.  Fold card and emboss the entire card(fits perfectly in the folder)

I punched a smaller 1 inch circle to show the gift card or cash, and marked and punched the edge with the 2 1/2 circle punch to match the cut out.  Use Sticky Strip to form the pocket. 

Now decorate the Circles.  I stamped the images in Stazon Black, sponged with Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate and Night of Navy.  Punch out with the 2 1/2 inch circle punch.  Cut out the hat and pop up on the Brain!

 

Then flip to the Sentiment!  Love it!
