Best Birthday

Another Day of using up scraps.  Love this Designer paper scrap from Flowers for Every Season.  Just Jade is fast becoming a favorite color.  Paired with Pretty Peacock scraps from tne Plain cards and Mint Macaron and Vellum Leaves.

The pretty Peacock scraps were added to a Whisper White piece cut 5 1/4 X 4 leaving some White space in between.  Then embossed with the new Greenery Embossing folder.  I stamped Mint Macaron leaves and cut out with the matching dies.  The Vellum takes on the texture from these awesome dies.  Sentiment was stamped in Pretty Peacock and trimmed down and backed with Pretty Peacock.

Hello

One more Sunflower before I move on.....can you tell I love this Sunflower bundle?  I had this leftover piece where I had tried a border and then cut out the White Sunflower yesterday and decided....that can be a card front!!  I love turning trash to treaure!

Old Olive card base makes a nice back drop for the cut outs.  I buggered up one of the filigrees while punching out the paper, so perfect place for a Sentimnet!  Stamped a Crushed Curry Sunflower on Daffodil Delight and cut out.  Of course the Sunflower fits in the opening.  Then cut a Daffodil Delight overlay and popped up.  So Sunny and Bright!!

I am so in LOVE with this Sunflower Bundle!!  So versatile for ANY Occasion!!  Hope you Day is filled with Family and Friends at a Social Distance.

I've been seeing folks punch Hexagons....and we don't have a Hexagon punch anymore?  So after a bit of experimenting........cut a strip of card stock 1 1/2 wide and center in the Tailored Tag punch!  I added these Misty Moonlight and Real Red hexagons to a Whisper White thick card base, leaving a bit of white between and trimming off the edges.

The Whisper White Sunflower really POPS off the background and the sentiment peeks thru the petal.  I only inked up Let's Celebrate.  Mask off an unwanted word with scotch tape!!

American Sunflower

This card has been rolling around in my mind ever since I saw a Lularoe T-Shirt.  I wanted to buy that shirt so bad, BUT White shirts show ALL the things we fluffy girls try to hide.....so here's my card.....

I LOVE how this turned out and it was SO easy!!  Real Red card base, Misty Moonlight Sun Flower petals popped up over the Background.  Sentiment from Best Year.  And here is the Shirt......cute right?

This shirt was a HIT and hard to find....glad that temptation is over!!  I stamped the Sunflower in Black ink and then drug the side of the Real Red Stamp spot across the image for the Stripes.  Misty Moonlight ink spot was smudged over the remaining sunflower.  No Stars on this one.....but you get that America feel!!!

One more Wedding......

Super Simple card using the Wedding Sentiment from Woven Heirlooms and Roccoco Rose card front.  I originally thought this DIE cut out an accent piece, but instead it cuts out a peek a boo.  Not sure what else to call it!  How Elegant this looks with the Whisper White peeking thru!

The Font on these Sentiments is my favorite and this simple card really lets the Sentiment shine!

It's night time so the shadows take a bit away from the look of this card.  Make this in ALL the colors for ALL Occasions!
