Glitter Tape and Pretty Petals....

Salvy Splash

I had planned to come home tonight and make tons of cards.......I am too tired!  We started out the day with a Royals pre-season meeting and then went to the "Splash Zone" for a Photo shoot with fellow Ticket sellers and then to a GREAT BBQ joint on 39th street.  Excellent food, hence why I am now a couch potato for the remainder of the evening.  Cards tomorrow, I promise!!!

Sea Glass Inspiration.......

The colors are so Ocean like and this Turtle refuge was amazing.  You can book night tours to see the turtles lay eggs and hatch.  Not the right time of year for us, but the Florida Atlantic coast is the nesting grounds for many Turtles.

Such a Beautiful Day.

The Observation Deck was lined with Sea Glass vendors

The Front of the Building, awesome colors!

Teresa picking up her prize!!

And here is my card........inspired by the colors of the Ocean........

A hodge podge of colors sponged on Mint Macaron and punched with the Trio corner punch.  I used Mint Macaron, Soft Sky and Pool Party as the background.  Then added the Bokeh effect with Smoky Slate, Bermuda Bay and White craft ink.  Some Bermuda Bay Sequins for some sparkle.  Love this Sentiment from Suite Sayings.

Ingredients:

Suite Sayings  140709 Wood $29.00,  140712 Clear $21.00

Sequin Trim  137910 Bermuda Bay $5.00
Curvy Corner Trio Punch  139683 $20.00

Festive Flower punch  139682  $18.00
